Boots Christmas Delivery
This Christmas Boots online store provides free deliveries if you spend £40 or more in a
single transaction and request a standard delivery. For more
information on this and the other delivery services Boots provide,
check out the Boots website.
Boots are able to deliver throughout the UK (including the Isle of Man
and The Scottish Islands) and Northern Ireland. For British Forces
Post Office addresses, please see the Boots website.
Boots cannot guarantee delivery
to business addresses except for their next day service.
Boots can't deliver to UK PO Box addresses and they are also unable to
deliver to the Channel Islands. However, if you do live outside the
UK, you can still place an order with Boots for delivery within the
UK. Just enter the UK address in the correct page at the checkout.
BFPO deliveries
Boots are able to deliver to British Forces Post Office addresses,
however, please note that the facilities at the BFPO are restricted to
Service personnel, entitled civilians and their dependents serving in
the HQ, its outstations and the local British Embassy. To see a list
of British Forces Postal addresses please check in their website
www.bfpo.org.uk.
Please also note that bulky and heavy items being delivered anywhere
within the UK, are being delayed by 72 hours currently. Boots
apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Next day Usually between 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday

This service is not available when you include pharmacy medicines
(marked [P]) in your order or you place an order on a Friday after
3pm, any time Saturday and Sunday. The Boots next day service is also
not available for orders placed on a bank holiday.
Boots Named weekday Usually between 9am
- 5pm
£4.50
Boots are unable to guarantee delivery of bulky or heavy items on a
named day service.

Aerosol products must not be purchased for delivery to BFPO addresses.

All delivery timescales are subject to availability.
Small items may be delivered by Royal Mail.
Your order may be delivered in separate parcels, or by separate
carriers.
Boots can't deliver to PO Box
addresses and they can only guarantee delivery to business addresses
on a next day service.
The above delivery options do not apply to deliveries of prescription
medicines, which are despatched directly from Boots Walsall pharmacy,
generally using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.
Boots Returns policy
You can return any unwanted
Christmas items
to Boots free of charge within 28 days for a refund or replacement, as
long as they are unused and in their original packaging and condition.
For any refunds Boots may remove the Advantage Card points collected
with these items from your card.
Please note:
Boots only accept
Electrical and Photographic equipment if
complete with all leads, accessories and software. Any software must
have its original seal intact to be accepted.
Cosmetics, jewellery and fragrance will only be accepted if unopened
and with the product seal intact.
Boots only accept lingerie if tried on over underwear and if its
original packaging and all labels are still attached.
Health Equipment will only be accepted if dismantled and boxed as
received.
All returns to Boots are evaluated before being processed.
Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
