Hamleys Delivery
For all UK orders, placed
before midday Hamleys will attempt to deliver your order within
3-5 working days from the day you place your order. if an order is
placed after midday on a Friday then the order will be dispatched
on the following Monday, except for Bank holidays then your order
will be dispatched on the Tuesday.
Large items may take up to a further 60 working hours to deliver.
Where it is not possible to meet these timescales, Hamleys will
notify you and advise you of an anticipated delivery date.
For all UK orders a delivery charge of £4.99 will apply up to 30kg
and an additional 50p will be charged for every kilo over this.
For deliveries outside mainland UK a delivery charge of £15 will
apply up to 8kg and an additional £2.00 will be charged for every
kilo over this.
Hamleys Refund
Policy/Lifetime Guarantee
The Hamleys Lifetime Guarantee
gives you complete assurance that toys purchased from Hamleys will
cover you for any defect of breakdown that may occur during the
lifetime of your toy. The Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to
computer games and software, games consoles, hand held computers
games and remote or radio controlled products.
Simply keep your receipt in a safe place and in the unlikely event
that your purchase should breakdown for any reason (other than
wilful damage or abuse) Hamleys will endeavour to replace either
with the same product free of charge or a close substitute.
There is no limit on the Lifetime Guarantee policy, Hamleys just
ask you to keep your receipt as proof of purchase. This guarantee
in no way affects or limits customers statutory rights.

Hamleys will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive
a faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the
following conditions:
If any items in your order prove to be faulty, please return the
items to Hamleys with a copy of the delivery note, call the
Hamleys Customer Service Team to obtain a returns number and also
indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (including
delivery costs) or an exchange.
Hamleys promise to replace the item or refund your money does not
apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
If you change your mind you may return any product to Hamleys,
unopened and in perfect condition, within 28 days of receipt of
your delivery. Certain exclusions apply see paragraph below.
Please contact Hamleys Customer Service Team to obtain a returns
number, include the reason the product has been returned and
indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (excluding
your original delivery charge) or an exchange.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where
your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a
customer's specifications may not be returned. When your item is a
special ordered large item, Hamleys do not keep stock of this item
and they will raise an order through a supplier direct to you, in
such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are
unwanted, however if you experience problems with your goods or
order then please contact the Hamleys Customer Service Team.

by post or arranging for collection of items by Hamleys, please
refer to the reverse of your delivery note. In all cases you must
obtain a returns number by contacting the Hamleys Customer Service
Team, this will ensure we can track all parts of the returns
