store policy, La Senza are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that
if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have
ordered, La Senza will exchange them or provide a refund. The
goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all
garments should be in a proper resaleable condition and are
required to be returned within 21 days of receipt.
Please note that postage will have to be paid for and please
remember to obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post
Office.
Goods can also be returned either to any of La Senza stores
(excluding Debenhams Concessions)

Please note that for reasons of hygiene La Senza are unable to
