your mind Littlewoods will replace or refund your purchase
provided it is returned unused in its original packaging and
within 14 days from receipt of goods. Items that are not
adequately packaged & labelled will not be accepted by their
carrier or the post office. Please also ensure a goods return note
is enclosed. If an item appears to be faulty, call Littlewoods and
they will arrange a suitable repair or replacement. All
promotional offers, e.g. Buy One Get One FREE and any other
promotions with FREE offers, must be returned in their entirety to
Littlewoods catalogue.

statements are sent every 4 weeks, providing you with a record of
