Delivery
At Marks and Spencer home shopping online catalogue the contents of your order and your
delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services are
available to you, and at what charge. You will only pay one
delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on
the contents of your order. Please note Marks & Spencer don't
deliver outside the UK, or to shipping companies or Post Office
boxes.
Marks and Spencer will select the most appropriate carrier for
your goods to ensure your order is transported in the best
possible way. This means items in your order may arrive at
different times.
Delivery will be between 7.30am and 6pm; Marks & Spencer are
unable to confirm a time.
If you choose the standard delivery service, your order may be
divided into separate parcels which may be delivered at different
times within the delivery lead time.

Returns
Clothing and Homeware
In the interest of hygiene Marks and Spencer are unable to offer a
refund on toiletries, cosmetics, bra accessories, earrings for
pierced ears, and any duvet or pillow product once opened, unless
the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
Marks and Spencer are unable to offer a refund on digital cameras,
printers; digital TV set top boxes, mobile phones, digital radios
once the box has been opened, unless the product is faulty. This
does not affect your legal rights.
Own Purchase
After you have received your goods, you can return any clothing or
home furnishing item to Marks and Spencer for a refund (provided
you have the ‘Parcel Summary’ document) or an exchange, as long as
it is unused, returned in the original packaging and in a
resaleable condition within 90 days of receipt of your goods. You
can either:
Take the item to any UK Marks and Spencer store (apart from Marks
and Spencer Outlet stores and those Marks and Spencer stores that
mainly sell food). Please take the ‘Parcel Summary’ document
enclosed with your parcel.
Return by Royal Mail using the Return Postage Paid label provided.
Marks and Spencer Gift Items
After you have received your Marks and Spencer gift, you can
return any clothing or home furnishing item for an exchange or
refund in credit vouchers, as long as it is unused, returned in
the original packaging and in a resaleable condition within 90
days of receipt of your gift. You can either:
Take the item to any UK Marks and Spencer store (apart from Marks
and Spencer Outlet stores and those Marks and Spencer stores that
mainly sell food). Please take the ‘Parcel Summary’ document
enclosed with your parcel. If you do not have the ‘Parcel Summary’
they will exchange or refund in credit vouchers at the current or
last known selling price.
Return by Royal Mail using the Return Postage Paid label provided.
Any items returned by freepost will be credited onto the ordering
customer's credit, debit or chargecard.
Gift Purchase
If you return a gift wrapped order, Marks and Spencer don't refund
the gift wrap service charge
Marks and Spencer Gift Vouchers
Please note refunds cannot be given on Marks and Spencer Gift
Vouchers.

Once you have taken satisfactory delivery of items, refunds or
exchanges can only be given in accordance with your legal rights.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

explain the refunds process. You will be required to keep the item
in a resaleable condition. If Marks and Spencer collect the item
from you they will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100).
