PC World Delivery
Delivery must be to an address
in the United Kingdom (but excluding the Channel Islands and, for
some larger items, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands). All
deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which
are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make
sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
PC World Delivery Charges
PC World make every effort to keep their delivery charges as low
as possible. Their charge depends on the type of products you
select and on whether you choose standard delivery (5-7 working
days) or a premium service (e.g. our morning delivery service).
You only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of
products ordered:

If you have chosen to have your order delivered, you can cancel
your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after
delivery by:
returning the product to one of the PC World stores (please bring
your receipt with you and the card you paid with, so that it can
be credited);
following the 'Returns' instructions in your delivery
documentation;
emailing PC World at sales@pcworld.co.uk;
phoning PC World on 0870 242 0444 - please have your order
reference number and delivery details to hand;
writing to after sales, PC World P.O. Box 1925, Sheffield, S2 5XW
(please do not post products to this address).
You will receive a full refund, and the cancellation is free of
charge provided you return the product to a PC World store,
arrange for it to be collected from the delivery address or use
one of the PC World pre-paid returns labels. If you choose another
method of return, you must bear the costs.
Return of Faulty Goods - Delivery Items
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery
(or other defect with your order), PC World will normally offer a
prompt repair, exchange or refund. PC World will always offer you
the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28
days of delivery.

PC World accept the following
debit/credit cards: Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Visa, American
Express, Diners Club.
Finance Options
If you choose to apply for credit to finance your purchase from PC
World, they require HFC Bank Ltd to be able to make an immediate
credit decision. |
