Tesco Delivery
Tesco will deliver to the
address specified by you on the completed order form.
Tesco Christmas home shopping online store will deliver your order
to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, the
Tesco driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for
example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your
kitchen but only if:
a. the driver has your permission and
b. the driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you
request.
Tesco always reserve the right
to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.
Please note that Tesco deliver goods only to specified regions
within the United Kingdom. To check that the online Grocery
service delivers to your area, please enter your postcode at
http://www.tesco.com/register/signup.asp.
Delivery times will be agreed with you at the time of placing your
order.
All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years
or over. Tesco follows a "Think 21" policy, so if the person
receiving the goods looks under 21, proof of age will be
requested. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that
age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods (or some
of them) may be retained by the driver. If Tesco attempt to
deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you
but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order,
the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you
will need to contact Tesco Customer Service Centre to re-arrange
delivery (see below for contact details).
In these circumstances, if Tesco have to return to deliver the
goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery
is attempted at the agreed time.
Whilst Tesco make every effort to deliver all your goods in the
agreed time, Tesco will not be liable if they fail to do so in
part or in full due to circumstances beyond their control.
Tesco Returns of
non-perishable items

store hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should
you feel it necessary to return an item, Tesco aim to make the
returns process as simple as possible.
If you are unhappy with one or more non-perishable items, simply
return them in the original packaging within 14 days of dispatch
and Tesco will give you a refund on those products or replace the
item.
Please note that, in the event of a refund, all Clubcard points
received for the purchase of the refunded goods will be removed
from your Clubcard account.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Tesco home shopping online store don't accept Electron cards,
cash, cheques or paper vouchers/coupons.
If you do have an Electron card please check with your issuing
bank as they can upgrade your card to allow you to shop online
