Bought a phone?
Delivery is absolutely free in the UK. Virgin Mobile will do their
best to deliver your phone straight to your door within 24 hours,
any day except Sunday.
Bought a joining pack on its own?
Virgin Mobile will send these first class, free of charge to
wherever you live in the UK.
Bought some accessories?
On orders of £25 or more, Virgin Mobile will send them first
class, free of charge to anywhere in the UK.
On orders below £25, Virgin Mobile will send them first class.
They'll cost £2, and will arrive within 3-5 working days if you
live in the UK.

If you are unhappy with your phone within 28 days of purchase
Virgin Mobile either exchange it or give you a full refund
(not including airtime).
If you bought it direct from them through Virgin Mobile on line,
just:
Give the Virgin Mobile team a call on 0845 6000 789 – they’lll
send you some prepaid packaging
Send Virgin Mobile your phone - 'as new' and in its original
packaging, with proof of purchase
If you bought it from a shop, just:
Return the phone to the shop - as new and in its original
packaging, with proof of purchase
This is an additional benefit that doesn't affect your statutory
rights.
Virgin Mobile Returns
If something does go wrong,
just give the Virgin Mobile team a call for advice and help. All
their new phones have a 1 year warranty, so they’ll do all the leg
work for you. If the problem is not covered by the warranty,
they'll still give you plenty of helpful advice on what to do
next.
Leaving Virgin Mobile
Virgin Mobile won't hold it against you if you've tried Virgin
Mobile and aren't happy. If you decide this within 28 days, just
return your phone and they'll give you a full refund less any
airtime you've used or bought. Just check out our 28 day Customer
Service Guarantee above.
If you'd rather keep your phone and have it 'unlocked, then we can
do that too. 'Unlocking' will be free of charge if you've spent at
least £30 on airtime while you've been with Virgin Mobile. If not,
just top-up by enough to meet this £30 mark. This is to help them
recover some of their costs and keep their phones priced as
competitively as possible.

Payment
Virgin Mobile debit your card
when they receive your order. In the event that they are unable to
supply the goods to you, they'll let you know and refund the card.
Virgin Mobile do their best to ensure that the prices you see on
the Virgin Mobile website are correct however very occasionally
there could be a pricing error. If this happens they'll contact
you as soon as possible to let you know and offer you the option
of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your
order. If they don't get hold of you or you decide that you don't
