Vodafone Delivery
Delivery options from Vodafone
online store are available for UK mainland, and Northern Ireland
addresses. Delivery can be made to addresses in Southern Ireland,
although additional information may be required to verify the
address.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
The up to 4 working days delivery method from Vodafone is via
Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will require a signature for
acceptance of the goods. This will take 2 - 4 working days.
Vodafone are unable to specify an exact time of day for your
delivery. Should you not be available to accept the delivery, then
the goods will be returned to your local sorting office. A calling
card will be left with details of how you can pick up / re-arrange
the delivery.
Delivery may be delayed if:
There are any unforeseen stock shortages occur. You will be
notified by email if this is the case.
Vodafone cannot guarantee the security or validity of your credit
card transaction for payment of your order.
You do not provide Vodafone with enough delivery information.

order within the timescales you specified and Vodafone have not

Vodafone Returns
You may change or return any
product you buy from Vodafone online store for a full refund in
accordance with their 14-day Exchange policy.
Product must be returned in all the original packaging and be in
an "AS NEW" condition.
For all returns please telephone the Vodafone Sales Response Team
where you will be provided with a Returns Identification Number,

Returned products remain your responsibility until they are
received by v-store.co.uk. If you post a handset or any other item
of high value, Vodafone strongly recommend you use one of the
Royal Mail's premium services which are traceable or require a
signature on delivery.
If Vodafone receive the returned goods within 14 days of your
delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the goods purchased.
All refunds will exclude the cost of delivering the product to
you, and will not include the cost of returning the product to
Vodafone.
Once goods have been received by the Warehouse a credit note will
be raised. From the credit note a refund will be processed to your
method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for this process to
be completed.
All orders placed through the Vodafone web site are subject to
acceptance. However, there are a number of reasons, that may cause
your order to be rejected.
You must have sufficient funds on your payment card.
Your card and card billing details must match those you tell
Vodafone when ordering, if they differ, your order will be
rejected.
In any of the above instances Vodafone will contact you by email.

Vodafone online store do not take payment for your order when you
confirm the order on the site. This is done when your order is
processed. If the despatch of your order is delayed because of
