credit card will be charged by the UK based company.

shopping online store will exchange or refund the price paid for
any item bought from Woolworths on line store if it is returned
unused, as sold, with the original packaging and within 28 days of
purchase. This is subject to the following conditions:
CDs, DVDs, pre-recorded video tapes, minidisks, software
(including any computer games) must be returned with the seal
unbroken.
Confectionary and other food items, flowers and other perishable
items and any items which are personalised or made to your
particular requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless
they are faulty).
You must provide proof of purchase (sales receipt, credit / debit
card slip or bank or credit card statement identifying the
transaction with Woolworths).
All refunds will be provided using the same method of payment as
your purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit / debit
card, the same card must be used for the refund.
Woolworths online store may ask for identification (proof of
address) to help combat fraud.
Woolworths reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund with
or without proof of purchase.
Items may be returned direct to your local Woolworths store.
Faulty Goods
If the item you purchase from Woolworths online store this
Christmas is faulty they may offer a repair, exchange or refund as
appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

Payment
Please Note: woolworths.co.uk
is only able to accept payment from Credit Cards that have a UK
billing address. Woolworths may automatically cancel any orders
that are received containing non-UK billing details.
Frequent Mistakes
When using a Switch card to purchase from Woolworths Christmas
home shopping online store please enter the long payment number
displayed in the centre of the card (normally 18 or 19 digits
depending on the card issuer), not the smaller account number at
the base of the card.
You need only enter an issue number for a Switch card. If your
Switch card has no issue number please choose 'none'.
Some Visa Delta cards have issue numbers do not enter this, as it
is not necessary, and may cause payment authorisation problems
when processing your order.
Please be aware when entering the card number that it needs to be
entered as a continuous line, with no spaces or dashes.
Visa Delta is separate from Visa. If you have selected Visa and
you are trying to enter a Visa Delta card, this system will reject
the card. If you are unsure as to whether your card is a Delta
card, you can look for the Delta symbol (usually on the back, in
the right hand corner). If your card has this symbol then you are
using a Delta card.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged only for items that are available for
dispatch. The delivery charge is levied on the first dispatch.
Once the items have been dispatched, you will receive an email
